Body, Mind & Spirit Traditional Training

These workshops are seperated into a Body workshop, Mind workshop and Spirit workshop. It is level one, two and three of the traditional Yuen Method s taught by the founder Kam Yuen.

 

It is approximately six hours of training combined. During the training, you are strengthened and your own issues are used as demonstrations. You learn to do the Yuen Method for yourself on yourself and others.

 

Six hours of training ( usually 2 hours a day for 3 days ). It includes workshop notes, video course and audio course with strengthening. If you need to strengthen yourself alot as well as your family/ loved ones as well as want to learn the Yuen Method, you can do both by purchasing this workshop training.
